DESCRIPTION:Are you a 3rd-12th grader looking to test your chess skills? J
 oin us for a Youth Chess Tournament! The tournament will have three rounds
  and will be NWSRS rated.  Swiss Pairings will be used, which means every
 one playing will play all three rounds. USCF official rules will be used.
   Tournament Director: Randy WaltherThis event is only for players famil
 iar with chess and recording their games' moves using chess notation.
 All players must register to play in advance via email to randywalther@msn
 .com. Randy will confirm all entries via email.  Check-in will be from 
 12:10 to 12:25pm.  The 1st round will start at 12:30 pm, Round 2 at 1:4
 0pm, and Round 3 at 2:50pm.  Time Control: 30 Minutes/Game with a 5 seco
 nd increment.  Tournament Chess sets, boards, and score sheets will be p
 rovided by the TD.  Please bring your digital delay chess clocks if you o
 wn one.
