Homeschool Explorers - Tour of Judy Reservoir - Ages 8+

Join us for a tour of Judy Reservoir with Skagit PUD! Please read all info before registering.  Registration is required for all attendees, including adults, for us to have an accurate head count. This event is for students ages 8-18 (firm) and their caregivers. Tour rules are attached. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes are required.  

Important Preparation Details:

1. Liability Release Forms: All participants must submit a signed liability release form (attached). Please collect these forms from everyone in your group and bring them with you. (We'll have copies to sign day-of as well)
    
2. Location and Travel Information: Our facility is located at 11932 Morford Road, Sedro-Woolley. The drive from Burlington typically takes 15-20 minutes. I recommend planning your departure time accordingly to ensure a timely arrival.
3. Weather Considerations: Our facility is situated at a higher elevation, so conditions can be significantly colder and windier than in town. Since approximately two-thirds of the tour takes place outdoors, it’s essential that all participants dress warmly and appropriately for the weather conditions on the day of their visit. We recommend layered clothing, warm outerwear, gloves, and sturdy footwear.
    
4. Parking: There is limited parking available at the Water Treatment Plant. With the size of your group, we encourage carpooling if possible.
